Exhibitor Show Contracts

Exhibitor applicants agree to abide and be subject to the following as a condition of the application as an exhibitor and intending to be legally bound by the following Rules and Regulations.

HERITAGE MARKETS, LLC its officers, owners, personnel, employees, agents,contractors, invitees, or volunteers will be held harmless from any and all claims, lawsuits, demands, causes of action, liability loss, damage and / injury of any kind whatsoever. Exhibitor will provide own insurance coverage and waives all claims for personal injury, damages to persons or property including, but not limited to medical expenses, costs, suits, fees, etc., howsoever incurred against HERITAGE MARKETS, LLC.

Starting 2026, Heritage Markets will be changing its policies regarding how and when you shop at all markets.

1) Day 1 Set up for exhibitors 7 am till 12 noon (No buyers allowed)

12 noon till 5pm advance order pick up/additional shopping.

Orders will be held in a private area near front entrance.

Not part of 2nd day shopping

2) Day 2 Regular shopping from 9 am - 1 pm

Show dates have changed to Mondays

by popular demand except August 2026.

This may not fit everyones schedule, we appreciate your understanding and indulgence.
