Nor shall Heritage Market be responsible for any loss or damage of exhibitor's wares, personal property or person for any reason. All contracts must be aproved by Heritage Market and accompanied by a deposit of $200 for each show plan to attend. Deposits are non-refunable 60 days prior to the market.
