Exhibitor Rules & Regulations

Exhibitor applicants agree to abide and be subject to the following as a condition of the application as an exhibitor and intending to be legally bound by the following Rules and Regulations.

HERITAGE MARKETS, LLC its officers, owners, personnel, employees, agents,contractors, invitees, or volunteers will be held harmless from any and all claims, lawsuits, demands, causes of action, liability loss, damage and / injury of any kind whatsoever. Exhibitor will provide own insurance coverage and waives all claims for personal injury, damages to persons or property including, but not limited to medical expenses, costs, suits, fees, etc., howsoever incurred against HERITAGE MARKETS, LLC.

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations less than two weeks prior to market will be assessed a $200 Cancellation Fee per show.

*RETURNED CHECK FEES ARE $35.00 PER OCCURRENCE.

Structural aspects of the booth must be appropriately covered, tables must be draped to the floor.

Exhibitors may not rent and/or sublet spaces.

Set-up must be completed one hour prior to the opening of the market.

Exhibits must remain intact until the scheduled conclusion of the show.

ANYONE PACKING UP EARLY WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE CANCELED FROM FUTURE PARTICIPATION AND FORFEIT ANY AND ALL MONIES HELD BY HERITAGE MARKETS LLC.

HERITAGE MARKETS, LLC reserves the right to request and cause the removal of work or items in which due to the sole judgment of the promoter may violate any show rules. Failure to comply with any request to remove items or work form the display or from offering products for sale may result in the removal of the exhibitor from the show.

Exhibitors must maintain a professional manner in selling and displaying as well as general conduct and appearances. Cardboard boxes are prohibited as display props. Sale signs prohibited. No pets allowed.

ANY BUSINESSS THAT ACCEPTS ORDER TAKING AS A PART OF THEIR BUSINESS FORMAT MUST ALSO TAKE ORDERS AT THE CASH & CARRY WHOLESALE MARKETS. IF YOU NEVER TAKE ORDERS AND DO NOT SHIP, YOU DO NOT HAVE TO TAKE ORDERS AT THE CASH & CARRY MARKETS.

A booth deposit must be sent with the contract for each show applied.
Payment in full is due 30 days prior to the market.
When paying by check* make checks payable to: Heritage Markets, LLC.
A contract must be signed and dated by exhibitor to be valid.
All deposits are non-refundable. No refunds will be granted within 30 days of the show.

TABLE, ELECTRIC AND BOOTH SPACE RENTALS ARE NON-TRANSFERABLE TO OTHER MARKET SITES.
